Strange pop-up

I keep getting the following 'pop-up':

Assert in LSP
g_socket_data.Lookup(s)==0
capture/sp/nolsp/wsp_patches.ccp.1273
with the options of abort retry ignore

I have no idea what this means or how I deal with it. Can anyone help?
