Cannot access internet banking

I cannot access my internet banking. I can sign on and i get to a screen that says they can give me free travel insurance and I cannot get beyond this screen (Nationwide). I have just spent about an hour on the phone to their help line and all they can say is there is no problem at their end. I would be grateful for any suggestions Janet

I think you will find that Nationwide will only accept
Internet Explorer.I don't think they use firefox.
My bank is Nationwide and I use Firefox so that can't be the problem.

It is Internet Explorer I am using and they said that is the one they recommend!!
I;ve just been on my account, and all I had to do to clear the travel insurance screen was click on the Continue button, right at the bottom on the right of the screen. You have to scroll down to find it, but I had no prob logging in - I'm on iE. Could you see that button, did you scroll down to look?

Boxtops is my face red. I have just comeback to say I have found the continue button and saw your answer. I am sure this continue button is always there when they put these annoying messages but this one was quite hard to see and i missed it. Feel such a fool now lol thank all for taking the trouble to answer Janet
well i cant login! i have internet explorer.
you can use nationwide on opera and chrome and firefox and all safe to do so,
(more than ie even though they may recommend it )
just been on mine for nationwide and it was fine
