Problem with connection to Amazon

(Admittedly, my connection via wi fi does cut out very occasionally).
---
I need to get in touch with Amazon who I use from time to time. I am logged in but when I go to Help and am asked how do I want to make contact - with options - the screen automatically changes to email mode.
Either attempting to answer the questions always stops the connection or it is not possible to enter any information. This has happened over several days.

Other means of getting in touch with Amazon cannot be found.

on mine you go to help then contact customer service then describe your problem then click "phone" and they phone you. You have to have an account

I have successfully asked for help in the past, but as I say, at the moment I am barred from getting past the 'email us' screen. If I could persuade you to attempt to send a message would you be willing to ask if they have a problem with their web? Or give me their phone number whuc appears only very briefly.. TKS
