Thompson freeview box.

I just got my replacement freeview box after the old one bit the dust, on inserting my viewing card (topup tv) I noticed a usb connection next to the card slot, anyone know what ir can be used for, dougie.

Tompson make more than one freeview box. what's the model number?
High-end boxes enable you to play media from a memory stick. My guess would be that this USB port is solely for upgrades.
Just for charging any usb stuff at the moment.
No other use (yet!)

Can't find the model number, but it's got a 160GB hard disc, the manual makes no mention of it. Could be a Thompson DTI 6021 if this helps
