Memory stick to TV

I have all my pics, videos etc. on USB memory sticks. The still pics are JPEG format, the videos MPEG4 AVC/H264.
I want to view these on an LCD digital TV. Are there any devices available which will take a memory stick and be connected to the TV, maybe with a HDMI cable, or component cable? (A computer is not an option). Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Some freeview boxes have a USB port and it can be done that way I believe. I'm no expert though.
You won't get the videos to play .. not in that format. Mpeg-1, avi (xvid or divx (max 720x576) maybe. TV will have a max display resolution. A lot of Pioneer 1080i are 1600 pixels in any dimension max.
Check the spec of TV and it's supported formats/res.
So you want a cheap Philips DVD player that will play all these ..
(and unlocked all regions) for £50 ish?
DVP 5980, 5990, 3380 (all these play 'open' multi-session discs and Mpeg1, avi divx/xvid, jpeg, mp3 files) They are not happy ... usually ... with AVC.
Use TMPGenc XPress 4 if possible to convert on multi-pass. Great quality.
PS .. 5980, 5990 and 3380 have USB (last two USB2)
