How to get racing channels on TV

We have a Panasonic plasma TV HD ready etc with Freeview. We do not have Sky and cable is not available in our area. Is it possible to get alternative satellite(?) connection to enable us to receive the two racing channels - At the Races and Racing UK? We do not want a Sky package as our only interest would be the two racing channels. Many thanks.

Seems the Racing channel charge 12.99 a month to watch it, and you have to have a sky subscription
