Hiya

Im trying to enter a code on a samsung u600 and i need to enter a "w" using the # key . It just wont work ive tried pressing and holding but nothing .
DOes anyone have any ideas ?

try pressing the * key repeatedly, not holding it down, it shuold scroll through till you get to W.
