I don't know if anyone will be able to answer this or if it depends on the individual contract. Do I pay to use the sat nav on my phone (the one that was there when I got the phone)?. Im really confused as to what I pay for and what is included. Also, on ebay you can purchase tom tom to add onto the phone. Will I have to pay to use this once it is on my phone?

im with voda fone and i think you do have to pay just ring your provider and they will tell you straight away. im confused on how to use that barr code thing tiara can you get that working as i spent a week scaning things and still dont understand it.....Tiara

sat nav is a passive thing once you have the hardware it just picks up the gps signal and uses it to determine where you are if your being charged to use it your being screwed good and proper. there are pay for services related to sat navs and the like but these are for additional info like speed cameras hot spots and instant accident alerts. but if your being charged simply to be told where you are on this crummy planet then I'd tell em to go you know where
