Problems with digital TV channels

I have a Sony Bravia LCD TV with built in Freeview. Had no problems till today when most of the digital channels are displaying "selected program is not tuned". After a few seconds a picture does appear but it is a very poor one. BBC 1 and BBC 2 don't have this problem. Neither have the analogue channels.
I have auto retuned it and it says it has picked up 88 channels but it has made no difference.
Has anyone any ideas?
