I-fone 4 podcast speed

Somehow I've managed to alter the running speed of the podcasts on my i-fone.
I've done this before and managed to resolve it but I can't work it out this time.
I know I'll kick myself!

on the 'running time' display at the top of the screen there is a speed icon on the right, normally on 1X for normal speed which will cycle through 2 times and a half speeds when tapped. If you haven't got the 'running time' display up you have to tap the middle of the screen to show it.
