How to scan for channels -a technophobe request

I use a Logik TV in the kitchen and have moved it upstairs to the sitting room until I get my new one.
I have two different aerials (don't ask). However, I think I need to retune it or something as it is not showing the range of freeview channels it had in the kitchen nor the channels the previous one showed in the sitting room.
Of course, I can't find the handbook.
Can anyone guide me to a link that would help?
Many thanks.

Thank you, Bookbinder. I have followed the instructions but have lost the main ITV channels!
This sounds like an aerial problem.
Are you sure that the aerial upstairs is connected up correctly and that there aren't any breaks in the co-ax lead? It might be worth unscrewing the upstairs aerial socket to check the wiring. Also make sure that the aerial lead is correctly inserted into the wall socket and the TV.
When you are sure that all connections are OK then carry out a full retune ("Restore Factory Settings").
If this doesn't work, I would suggest temporarily moving the TV back into the kitchen to see if it still works there.
Ir the worst comes to the worst, you could buy a long aerial extension lead and traipse it from your kitchen aerial socket to your bedroom. Untidy, I know but it would at least identify exactly where the problem is.
