WATER HEATERS.

Can anyone let me know, wher I can get a small electric water heater, that you can put into a cup, or small container, to heat water for a cup of tea.

I had one a few years ago, and have forgotten what they are called, it has a handle, with two 'emersion type' tube, about 6'' long, and gos to a couple of loops, and then back into the handle..
