LBC Radio from Midlands

When I lived in and around London I used to be a regular LBC radio listener.
I now live in the Midlands and hate the local radio stations, but simply cannot get anywhere near LBC. Is there a way I could get it by buying a special radio? I have managed to get it in France once or twice on holiday.
I can get Talk Sport, but dont want sport all day. Would be grateful for any advice. Thank you
