Bluetooth pairing

Not sure which heading to put this query under but hopefully someone will read and be able to suggest a solution.Have a nissan juke car and am unable to pair and connect a nokia Lumia 710 mobile despite following instructions in built in system in car and mobile.Changed to this mobile as had connection issues with previous mobile( Sony Erikson xperia mini pro).Hope someone can help as nissan and mobile shop are at a loss as to what to suggest.Thanks.

I have done that thanks.At a loss as to what to do to get this ongoing saga resolved and can't keep changing mobiles in hope one will be ok that fits what I need.
