HTC Explorer

I have just upgraded from old type mobile phone to a HTC explorer and finding the technology a bit daunting !! Does anyone know if it is possible to play live radio music from a website as each time I tap on play live , nothing happens. There is an FM radio which reqiures one to connect headphones which works ok but unfortunatlely online music is proving more elusive. Help anyone?
