Sharp ~ LC-32SH130K LCD Colour TV.

I have just purchased a Sharp LC-32 SH130K TV, when I tune into a film I get a running commentary on the film, how do I get rid of the running commentary, I have looked into the instruction guide but cannot find a source to get rid of it, please help, the commentary is annoying and spoils the film.

The manual says that it's in 'other settings', 'audio description', you need to set it to 'off'
