Morning all.
It's not raining at the moment !
I cleared off to bed pretty early last night .Joints on fire .It was a toss up between a large drink or 600mg and a drink of water.600mg won .

One of my long term Tuesday lunch friends is having to go for a deep biopsy next Tues for something in her mouth so I am quite subdued today thinking about her.

Hope everyone else is ok. I'm going to have my eyes tested this afto. Might be able to type a bit more correctly in future.

Been to zumba, really enjoy it, although I do look a tad portly dancing around! Tried Casting colour mousse on my hair, ooh it's come up very light blonde! Appointment to be thoroughly waxed tomorrow, and also doctors as I have a painfull fleshly movable lump on my jawbone, it's on on the outside but inside, the but not inside the mouth if you know what I mean. Best to get it sorted before i go.

It's not another chin growing is it Neti ? I've got several of those :-)
Sounds like a blocked gland though .Go and see about it .We can't have you wobbling around Eastbourne with a dodgy chin.
Well what a day here.Blocked drain at the side yet again .Sigh ....I can't shift it so will have to phone the drain unblockersRus.
It's sloshed it down again too with ten minute sunny intervals .Rain ,rain ...go away .

I made scotch eggs cos you cannot get them here, an pot salad English with salad cream and coriander and onions, yumm! and sausage rolls
and green salad with black toms. Have any of you tried black toms, they are delicious and sweet!

If jno is tired from zumba she's doing it all wrong!

Yes I had them last year in a mixed colour punnet but they were a bit expensive, tasty though. I tried to grow them last year with no success at all.
The wind it windeth windily here. Not sure in doggies will get a walk tomorrow.

neti, I am too tired to even think of zumbaing, I am just lying here face-down and talking upside down.

Also, I think after 12 days it is time my cold went away. I am still sneezing and coughing a bit, though not badly, and I think there ought to be a law that all colds finish after five days.

We had a lovely walk this morning, it was light enough to go a bit further than usual, we were happily heading back to the car when the heavens opened and we alll got soaked. This means a delay before going back to kip because the dogs ar wet and cant take their wet fur off. jno I think your cold should have gone by now too. I shall send you "cold go away" thoughts.

doh... I was awake past 4 coughing (OH, who also has the cold, has obligingly moved to the spare bedroom)... and then got woken up by the phone at 6.30. So not a good night. Plus the heavens have opened here too. Maybe I should go and buy a cat so I've got something to kick.

jno, I now have a hacking cough, but medico has just prescibed something for it. get thee to a medico! I had flu for 6 weeks once and felt so ill I went to doctors who found I have brono pneumonia, and said why hadn't I been before and i pointed out that there were posters everywhere saying do not bother the doctor if you have a cold/flu just take paracetamol, and how was I supposed to know the difference!

Myy fleshy lump on my jaw is a ganglion, he says to do with my cold or a tooth. Have painkillers for that, I am a walking chemist at the mo! Of course I had to strip off and he looked at my chest, actually it was my back and he listened to me hacking away (which I can to to order!)

Hope all other biddies are well and happy.
