Interference on phone from wireless router?

I am very tight for space around my wireless router and landline (corded) phone.
Whenever I use the phone I get an annoying audible buzzing noise. The router and phone are connected correctly into the ADSL filter. Is there anything that I can do, apart from physically move the phone socket - which would be, as we say in this part of thw world, "a reight faff" -that will stop the buzzing?
