neff cooker problems

hi i have a double Neff cooker the top half works ok .
but the bottom oven is not heating up either from the main oven ,or the grill at the top of this main oven . is the the thermostat or the main element help please and thank you for the answers cheers

It's a thermostatic switch assy .. It may well be that (if combined control for both) Just test continuity and resistance on both elements as well as below check.
Also possible is the neutral return to the terminal block .. so check that first.
