Should each of 2 power circuits from the same fuse box be able to work with Comtrend homeplugs?

And you'd probably not be able to get a much better answer from comtrend themselves, I've just condensed the one they'd give you.
I'd be a teensy bit more optimistic and go for 'probably' - mine work OK on separate rings from same main box - but there's no guarantee - depends on the exact configuration ...
Try them on the same ring first .. then change one over to test.
Then email their support dept.
