hotmail no longer available on smart phones?

Up until yesterday I was able to use my hotmail account on my HTC desire both with the browser and the android app. Now it won't let me sign in and says hotmail not available on mobiles and to use a pc? Anyone else had this? How can I check and send my hotmails with my phone now? Thanks :)

Don't know about using the phone but lately I haven't been able to sign in @hotmail.com....and it gives me a link to @live.com....which then works..
