Hi What program can I use to help my son on his pc from mine, we are both on broadband and I have heard that someone can take control of another pc over the internet to sort out problems for them.

Hi, you need some screen sharing software. There are a few available on the net.

In the past I have used Mikogo which worked fine. You install it on your PC, generate a code and get your son to go to their website and type the code in. After a minute or so you will have a chance to share his desktop and take control of his PC.
