How to print labels

Could anyone please help me set up a way to print labels on my computer. I have read the instructions on how to configure labels in Word but I don't understand it (I am blonde!!). I click on Labels, then Label Options, which asks for some information. One box is labelled "Label vendors". I have Ryman universal labels P14 which have 14 labels per sheet, but these are not listed in the options. Then the Product number box (which I think should be the P14 on my lables) shows "1/2 Letter", "1/4 Letter" (twice) then "30 per page" etc. etc. None of these relate to my labels and I don't have a clue what "1/2 Letter" or "1/4 Letter" mean. Is there anyone who can tell me which buttons to push without getting too technical please? Or would it be easier to try and buy some labels online which are listed under "Label vendors"?
