Windows 7

I upgraded to Windows 7 after years of XP. Now I loved XP, really did, but now I have got used to Windows 7 I find it even better. Plus I don't get hardly any computer niggles that I used to. (Touch wood)

If you are running Windows 7, what's your opinion of it?

After using my sons new system (quad core and 4 gb of ram, running XP) I feel that my system is much slower.
My desktop (main computer) has XP on it and I also have a laptop with Vista on it ... but I much prefer XP.
I've been looking round at HP and Compaq systems. A lot of them seem to come with Windows 7.

My question was carrying on with yours Charlie ...I like XP but is it a case of
'moving with the times' ... and go for Windows 7 or stick with XP...
what is the general feeling ... is W7 an improvement.

I'm glad you've asked this question Charlie. I currently use XP and like it very much. I've never tried W7 but was thinking about it, I might give it a try. And if Rojash says it's ok, then that's good enough for me. :-)

Upgraded from Vista to W7 - much better and more user-friendly. Go for it!
