It means that the email has not been correctly composed to SMTP (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol) standards. CRLF means carriage-return-line-feed which is the so called "normal" text file line terminator in Microsoft Operating systems (only).
An SMTP email generated on normal (i.e. non-Microsoft) Operating System will need text file attachments...

That's an odd one!

Does it happen with all mails, or just one? and if it's just one does that email have an attachment at all?

I suspect that if it's only one email it's happening with then something in the mail is being incorrectly interpreted as a command rather than the body of the mail.
