Placing photos on Outlook mail.

When sending an E mail with one or two photos inserted on the page with message, should I make the photos smaller, and how is it done please.

open my pictures highlight the photos you need to email. Click on one then hold down Ctrl and click on others you need. then down left hand side under file and folder tasks you will see email selected items click on that. Here it will open your email with these photos attached and you can write your message. In this process it reduces size suitable for emailing.
I have stopped trying to send photographs embedded in email, they take far too long to send (and receive) so I simply upload them free to a gallery site such as Kodak share (Ithink that's what it's called) and send the link in the email. This way I can send dozens of photographs and all the family can view them as often as they like. I'm sorry I haven't got the link but if you Google Kodak it should come up.

Many thanks for the info; - 'futritcats' answer was to add attachments to Email's, but that was not what I meant. In such cases one need not worry about making photos smaller, where as when adding photos into the body of an Email it saves Download time to make the photos smaller.
- ; -'DaisyMaes' idea gives food for thought, but I would have to think about it because I dont send many photos. So the Email system is OK for now.
All in all friends I am still looking for further info to my question.
