outlook express

windows xp home edition,when i try to acess outlook i encounter an error report.when i send it off ,the screen shuts down.this is doing my head in.

The error report usually means your e-mail address is not setup correctly. Open outlook express, go to tools, accounts, select yours, hit edit and setup the servers tab accordingly to this website: http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/community/ columns/mailserver.mspx . Then try it again. I don't understand what you mean by your screen shutting down though. Good luck.
