CD to USB stick

I want to transfer two tracks from a cd onto a USB stick to accompany some photographs. Can anyone tell me how I do this please.

Load the CD and plug the stick into the computer.

Then just copy the files from the CD onto the stick.

it might not be quite that easy...

if it's an audio CD you will need to use something like windows media player to rip the tracks to MP3 first than then copy the files onto the memory stick.
