sp3

It's recommended I "back up system" before installing SP3. Please can someone explain how I perform this task?

Copy all your documents, pictures and anything else you wouldn't want to loose if the install went horribly wrong to CD-R's

Though I've never seen a service pack install result in lost data.

But maybe I've just been lucky.
