lexpps.exe

lexpps.exe keeps trying to gain access to my computer, I know its a Lexmark driver, and I do use a Lexmark printer, but I already have a driver for it, so I was wondering if anyone knows if this one is safe or not.

Any views or advice on this would be most appreciated.
