Try pressing "F8" at bios screen. If "Safe Mode" loads, press "Start", "Run" & type "CHKDSK", click "OK". The program should run & hopefully fix the dodgy dll after rebooting. If you can`t get into safe mode, try booting from a floppy (Windows 95 or 98 startup disc will do the job) & run CHKDSK from Dos. Good luck!
