HP update

I've just done a complete system restore to factory defaults on my laptop . Have downloaded Microsoft Updates & have been trying to download a security update from HP . It says 325.0KB, time 6.5 seconds but it just keeps 'downloading' & not getting anyway . The update is 'HpHPSUAxKB.exe o/-1 bytes ' Have looked on HP with no joy , any help appreciated

I've had the same problem for at least three days. It just never finishes the download. I'm ready to forget about that download and shut it off. It's already been about three hours this time.

Hi Alice , i managed to get everything sorted in the end . I emailed HP , can't seem to find the link now, and they were very helpful .Involved uninstalling update from control panel & installing several from links they emailed me .
They were very efficient , replied within a few hours & replied to my follow up query's as well . Good luck
