I have just been asked to continue a report for my boss and I have to put extra pages in it. On the report he gave me there is the company logo, page numbers and at the bottom of the page a description of the report. But when I start a new page on the report it is just blank i.e. no logo etc. Does anyone know how to set it so it continues on the new pages please?

if it's an inserted picture just click on it once to select it and then copy it and paste it onto the next page

its not just the picture chuck its like got a square round the whole page, company logo and smaller squares with the page numbers etc. It doesnt show under normal view. You can only see it if you go to print view. Its so annoying :(

A quick way around this is to save another copy under a different name . Then delete his writing and insert your own
