A box keeps popping up on my computer saying I need 11 driver upgrades. There's no indication who it's coming from. Will it be safe to accept? I'm not a technophobe so any advice would be very much appreciated. I'm using windows 10 and E.

You are possibly infected with a malware ad that wants you to buy some driver update thing. In your shoes the first thing I'd do is scan the PC with malwarebytes. Then decide what to do depending on the result.
Butterbun it will bea pop up from one of the tech cmpanies that infest the net, probably avg or Norton or some other provider ofsystemsupport. Next time it comes up look carefully and you will see who is sending the pop up. Then uninstall the programme from your pc or lap top. You do not need it with W10 and the inbuilt defender security system. Just go into settings and make sure you have defender enabled.
