Is it safe to delete a folder on my laptop titled ' Old Firefox Data' ?

I still use Mozilla Firefox.

I've deleted plenty of them and my computer hasn't blown up yet!

Yes. I pondered long and hard about mine. Googled it and asked around. In the end I took the plunge and deleted it. No problems since.
