Epson Sx400
After carrying out a head cleaning due to a wrong colour print the printer has gone haywire.I tried to change the magenta cartridge but after doing so I got the error sign and when pressing proceed the inks travel to the change position but then the error sign comes up again.Talking to epson they say see an agent.Is there any way I can reset it.?Thanks
