Does anyone know which email and web security gateway and management products are the most widely used and popular among heavy traffic and/or institutional/government-type bodies ? In particular, is Cisco IronPort much used and, if so, how highly regarded and/or helpful/useful is it ? Finally, how common is it for a server to be so set up that there is no portal available to apply for acceptance of transmissions from an otherwise unknown but named external server ?
