I'm using Chrome. How do I get it back to a more readable size?

other than the usual hold down ctrl and tap the plus sign - the alternative is start/control panel/ ease of access - dont know why a windows update would do that.

TY, UKbod. That's a lot clearer.
Click on the bars at right of toolbar and select zoom.Check that it is at 100%.
You are very welcome
If you mean it's tiny only in your browser, then as ukbod2015 says, use the browser zoom controls.
On the other hand, if you find it too small everywhere, the chances are you had the display set to the wrong resolution previously in order to make it bigger, and W10 has corrected it for your monitor. This would probably be caused by erroneous advice of often seen posted on here.

Right-click on a clear area of the desktop, choose Display Settings, and use the slider bar to make stuff bigger. This does it the correct way, by scaling the DPI setting, rather than changing the resolution.

While I've got the text on the main screen a good size now, the address bar at top of screen is still small.
Danny, I've set zoom to 150%
You should place a large magnifying glass in front of the screen. They are very versatile, you can move them to any part of the screen you wish to read.
if you still have that problem with the task bar then the ease of access should fix that
If you need 150% you may be better off with a smaller screen resolution ?
