Since this morning the auto-complete on email addresses on BT Yahoo Mail has stopped working. How do I get this feature back? I'm using Windows 7 and Chrome (doesn't work with IE either) - feature still there on my husband's laptop running Windows 8.1.

Check whether autofill has become disabled in Chrome:

Open the Chrome Menu. (Top right corner of your screen).
Select 'Settings' and then 'Show advanced settings'.
Look under 'passwords & forms' to check that 'Enable autofill . . . ' has a tick against it.
(If there's already a tick there, try removing it, closing Chrome, reopening it and putting the tick back again).

There was an automatic Microsoft update on mt laptop yesterday morning and it was after this that the auto-complete stopped working. There has just been another auto-update and the auto-complete has come back! Grrrr to Microsoft!
