I don't THINK[i you have to do anything particular with iTunes, in order to get your Music onto your Apple device (It's difficult to do when you're not sat in front of the Computer someone else is working on...).

You just go to the Toolbar with File Edit Preferences etc. and into the pull-down Menu under File, then the option to either select a File or a Folder to add to your Library (If you're doing multiple Folders click the first Folder, then hold down the [i]SHIFT[i] button and click all the last file you want - saves time, OR use the [i]CTRL] button if you want to select certain files), a progress bar should then appear uploading all the Files into iTunes, then Sync your device and it should be OK.

Hope that's easy to understand (It is in my Head anyway.....).
You mean make iTunes the default player for all music?
