Triplication Of Emails When Pc Not Used For More Than 3 Days

Can anyone help me with a problem I have with my pc at work please? I am only here part time but, if the pc is not used for more than 3 days, all my emails come in in triplicate - which is very time consuming trying to delete them all. Is there anything I can do to stop this happening? Can I reset something?

Any help will be gratefully received. Many thanks.
