How Do I Remove Winservice86 And Optimizer Pro V3.2 For Good From My Laptop

Everytime I remove Winservice86 and Optimizer Pro v3.2 from my laptop it keeping downloading back on to it.
Can anyone tell me of a free software for removing and blocking these viruses for good.

Use the free version of Malwarebytes

I always recommend turning off System Restore after cleaning and before restarting, as some will reload themselves from System Restore.

Restar, scan again - if clean then turn back on System Restore - if not try again - you may need to do it in safe mode.
