Right-click at the very top of your screen and then click on Menu Bar.

Thanks for prompt answer Chris but when I do that all I get is a rectangle with the words Restore,Minimise,Close.
That's odd, Ron, because Seamonkey normally works in the same way as Firefox (and I took care to remove my own Menu Bar and then put it back again, to check that I knew what I was writing about, before posting).

Hang on a moment and I'll try to find another method!
Try pressing F11 - you may accidentally be in full screen mode.
Just a thought, Ron:
Have you entered Full Screen mode by accident? If so, try pressing F11 to get out of it.
I must learn to refresh the page (to check for recent answers) before posting!
;-)

Have tried F11 without success

Click the three bars symbol top right.

Click "Customise", click "Show/Hide Toolbars" (bottom left), check "Menu Bar", click "Exit Customise" (bottom right).

I can see very clearly -Minimise, Restore Down & X close but when I right click at top of page I get Restore,Minimise,Close

Having seen in related questions I opened Documents & there is the missing toolbar but when I go back to Answerbank or Google it is not there
click "restore"
It might just be a temporary glitch with the program. Have you tried closing Seamonkey, restarting your computer and relaunching Seamonkey?
Ron - no luck with "Customise"? Also, Chris's tip worked for me, make sure you click under the red 'X'

Done all that Chris, I have even tried deleting Seamonkey & re-installing, all to no avail don't know what to do next.

Clicking triangles alongside any one of the toolbars will remove the toolbar and place its triangle on the bottom line and it can be clicked at that point to re-instate the toolbar.
