Open office will give you choice of font size and style. It's easy enough to use.

Good luck! :o}
You didn't say what it was you did use to print your text. But to print half a line suggests to me it has used the wrong printer driver for your printer. More information would be nice but in the meanwhile didn't your printer come with a disk of software to install ?
When you say "copied" do you mean you used the printer as a photocopier in that you scanned & copied, as if so, it doesn't matter that it looks like text to you, the scan will create & print a picture of it.

thanks waterboatman i'll give that a try, old geezer i'm using a kodac c315 i should have added the bottom half of the last line came out on a separate sheet of paper and when comparing the two my copy had slightly larger print.
Thanks but when I said "used" I meant what programme / software. I'd still look for your install disk were I you. Or get the latest driver to install from the Kodak website.
Start first with your document - check how it looks on the option called 'print preview' in your word processing program (eg Word).
Make sure you can see the whole document in the preview - you can make it show more than one page at a time, a little icon with squares on.
You might well find that your last line actually exists on another page. To fix this you will see in print preview an icon called 'shrink to fit'.
That may fix the problem.
