Help needed please

I have to send e-mails to a group. At the moment I send the same message to each separately. How can I send a group message?I am on Talk Talk and find their help lnfo of no use.

You could get yourself a free gmail account - these will send group emails easily and you can import all the contacts from a spreadsheet.
before sending your mail instead of clicking on TO click on BCC then you can open every contact you wish to mail to.

Put all their email addresses in the BCC box - then they will all receive it, but the email addresses of the other recipients won't show up on the correspondence when they receive it.
each email address you want to sent to can be separated by a semi colon so you could type the groups addresses once and save it in a notepad file then copy and paste into the address line every time you want to send an email.
Depends how big the group is.
..or depending on how your email is set up, you can set up a Group, without the need to cut and paste into a document - I can do that to send regularly to the same group of people.
