Hi A/b's could some kind soul tell me how to. Delete accounts in icloud I am having big trouble with mine that I want start all over again thank you Rick

what trouble are you having? Your icloud account is tagged onto you itunes account so you have to close your itunes account I think.

thanks for your reply woof gang I am not very good with computers and got myself in a mess with passwords I cannot access various places as i am continually being asked for P/ws and denied any access so I am desperate to start again i am only 75yrs. Rick

thanks for your interest I refer to such places as emails, iCloud , apple I/d and so on I have a good internet service with talk talk so it`s not that, I am regretting buying apple mac thanks again Rick
is it all the same password? I find macs a total doddle after windows. Did you buy it from an apple shop, is it a laptop or desk top? If you got it from an apple shop, you can make an appointment to take it back and they will set it all up for you.

Thanks again Wolfgang I have a number of p/ws when asked for p/w would not accept so tried another p/w so got into a bit of a mess, once again thanks for your help regards rick.
The best solution would be to buy a proper PC - Macs are evil!

hi woofgang don`t misunderstand me it`s a fine and powerful machine but having no access to emails messages and such it`s driving me up the wall I feel like tossing it out the window. regards Rick
My Mac's the best thing I've ever bought or used. Would never ever go back unless forced to and not even then:-)
muddlemuch - do you have any grandchildren who could help? Kids today are the real experts with new technology.

Have you a friend who uses a Mac who could pop round and have a look for you muddle? Or could you ring an Apple store? I don't understand your problem either, sorry.

yes I have grandchildren 12 of them,in answer to your questions I have basically just got myself into huge muddle with passwords that I cannot find a way out,could I for instance revert this machine back to factory settings and start again ???? thank you all for your concern regards Rick

woofgang thanks for your continued support, no I have no shop near me I live in north oxfordshire, what I am inclined to do is find a professional computer agent and pay for assistance. regards Rick
