This is a message that has appeared on my computer screen every time I switch on my computer. Does anyone know how I can ger rid of this ?

It's the Dell Support software that runs at Boot-up, Bob. Maybe there's been a recent upgrade that has messed up access to the DLL (a library file.)

Have a look in "Control Panel" to see if there's any Dell Support program in there. If so, uninstall it, and re-install from here.............
