I can't get my mouse to 'drag and drop'?

I can't get my mouse to 'drag and drop' while palying solitaire? Is the mouse faulty or is there something I can do in the control panel?

You can check if your mouse is faulty as follows:
1. Go to Control Panel.
2. Click Mouse.
3. Click Hardware tab. On Hardware panel, Device Status will say if the mouse is working properly or not. That might be a clue about what's wrong, if anything.
