Windows Phone Ringer Profiles

Hi All
Does anyone know if you can set up ringer profiles on a Windows based HTC Radar, similar to how you can on a Blackberry? This individually turning everything on and off every day business is p!55ing me off now!

Just tap either the up or down volume button so the volume bar shows at the top and then tap the top right corner on the speaker and it will turn the whole lot on or off.
