Just bought a new netbook,which does not have Java already in it,do I really need it.Do not want to download more stuff than need be in it.

Some websites use Java, but you could leave it off until you go to a web site and it needs Java.

However Java is not that large so it wont hurt to install it.

Just gone to look at a Virtual Tour and it says "Java needs your permission to run".Do have Java 32-bit,in this laptop,so how do I give permission.And are there various types of it
I am wondering if it should be 64-bit as this laptop has 64-bit operating system?
